How does online consultation work?
Book a service by clicking this link.
Our designers will reach out to you via call or message to talk about your dream home. For FURNITURE RECOMMENDATION AND SPACE PLANNING - Details will be asked pertaining the space. Floor plan with dimensions and pictures of the area are needed, together with the furniture requirements and style preferred.
Can I mix other brands with the consultation?
Furniture recommendations are limited to OH furniture.
Which rooms can I have for consultation?
You can have your living room, dining room, bedroom and study room/home office covered by the service. Kitchen and bathroom consultation is limited to décor and accessories.
Can a designer visit my home?
Unfortunately, this service is not available yet. In the booking page, you can submit photos or videos of your home for reference.
How many consultations can I have with a designer?
It is a one time FREE consultation, maximum of 1 hour (online and in-store).
I’m satisfied with the recommendations, what’s the next step?
Our designers will get you in touch with the nearest branch for a final quotation, payment and delivery.
Can I have a consultation offline?
Yes! We offer in-store consultation (max 1 hour) exclusively in our SM Megamall branch. Have an actual set up of your chosen furniture and layout, plus a FREE consultation on matching décor to complete the look. To book an offline consultation, click this link.
Are the interior wall paints, flooring and ceiling treatments covered by the FREE service?
Unfortunately, this service is not available yet. We offer full range furniture to décor recommendations on your existing space.
I am outside Metro Manila, can I avail of the service?
For customers outside of Metro Manila, you can still avail our online consultation via the booking page. For customers within Metro Manila, you can avail either the online or offline consultation.
How can I avail discounts?
