Returns Policy

We’re making it easy for you to return and/or exchange items if necessary.

Please be advised of the terms and conditions regarding returns and exchanges:

  1. Please make sure that the original invoice is with you.
  2. Requests for return or exchange must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery/ receipt of the item/s.
  3. Item/s for return or exchange must be unused, in good condition as delivered, and in its original packaging. This does not apply to items found defective upon purchase.
  4. The following conditions are not entitled to a return or exchange as stated in RA7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines):
    1. Sudden change of mind
    2. Defects caused by misuse or mishandling of items by customer
    3. Discovery of lower price of the same item from another store
  5. The form of refund will be based on the mode of payment used upon item purchase.
  6. Item/s return or exchange request shall be evaluated accordingly prior to approval.
  7. Processing of refund shall take 30 working days from the date of approval for cash payments and may take an additional 15 days for credit card payments, which includes bank processing.
